Do I have to become a member to buy tickets?
No. You can place an order as a guest without signing up.

Can I buy tickets on site, or do I have to book online first?
You can buy on site. Entry priority goes to guests booked for that slot; walk-ins are given the earliest available entry time based on how full the session is, so every trial keeps its quality.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your account name and submit. The system will email you a password reset link — click the link in that email to set a new password.

Once my payment goes through, how do I get my e-ticket (QR code)?

  2. Or open the email sent to the order contact (payment confirmation or group-confirmed notice) to find the e-ticket (QR code) issued by the system.

How do I request a refund?
